Registration
Please read all information on this page regarding registration fees, terms and conditions, before commencing the registration process.
For full-time students, please refer to the information about student scholarships and complete the application form.
Registration fees
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). Fees are in US dollars.

Registration is to be completed via the online conference portal
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. An invoice will be emailed to the address you supply once you’ve submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.
Payment of registration fees may be made by:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – please refer to banking details on your invoice. All payments must be in US dollars.
Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellations must be advised by emailing the conference secretariat at energy-evaluation@expertevents.com.au
Registration cancellations received by Thursday, 19 September 2019 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of US$110 for full registrations and US$55 for NGO/Developing country delegates.
Refunds for cancellations received after Thursday, 19 September will be at the discretion of the conference committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.
Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the conference is advised in writing.

The above rates are inclusive of 17.7% service charge and tax, and breakfast for 1 person in single room or 2 persons in twin / double room.
Additional breakfast is at THB 690 net per person per meal.
Deluxe and grand deluxe rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. The room includes one king bed or two twin beds.
Check in: from 14:00. Check out: by 12:00.
Cancellation policy: Amendments or cancellations to your accommodation booking must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise, a fee to the value of one room night will be charged.
